Curiosity never killed a cat
Under the title Curiosity Never Killed a Cat, CAS (Contemporary Art Space) brings its 2025 exhibition season in Zottegem to a close. Contrary to the well-known English saying, in which curiosity is said to have killed the cat, CAS firmly maintains that such a notion has no place in the art world—quite the opposite. Curiosity is what drives artists to experiment and invites visitors to step into the exhibition space.
From 30 November to 21 December, visitors can discover the work of five exploratory artists working across a range of disciplines, from painting and ceramics to textile art. The exhibition will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 3 pm to 6 pm at CAS, Noordstraat 39, Zottegem.
The opening reception will take place on Sunday, 30 November, at 11 am.
Artsits: Ellen Meers, Janne Gistelinck, David Tanghe, Guust Mathys, Nina Minnebo.
